2. Intellectual Property

All design, source code, brand identity, and written content that form the Memoora experience are the exclusive intellectual property of Memoora and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any part of this platform is strictly prohibited. The content you create within your personal archive remains entirely your own.

3. Conditions of Access and Use

Access to Memoora is granted on the condition that you use the platform lawfully and in accordance with our Terms of Use. You may not use any automated tool, scraper, or bot to collect data from our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who engages in conduct that is harmful, abusive, or contrary to the spirit of the platform. Users may also terminate their own access permanently at any time via the account deletion feature available in Settings.

4. Limitation of Liability

Memoora is provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the service. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform. Users are encouraged to maintain their own backups of irreplaceable content.

5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising in connection with this notice or the use of Memoora shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
