3. Conditions of Access and Use

Access to Memoora is granted on the condition that you use the platform lawfully and in accordance with our Terms of Use. Any disputes arising in connection with this notice or the use of Memoora shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
