Memoora is a platform built on mutual respect and digital guardianship. Our terms are designed to be as clear as our commitment.
1. The Guardianship
By using Memoora, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. We act as guardians of your data, but you remain the sole owner of your narrative.
2. Respect for the Quiet
Memoora is a sanctuary. We prohibit any use that violates the rights of others, including harassment, uploading harmful content, or attempting to compromise the security of our infrastructure. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that disrupt the peace of our platform.
3. Intellectual Property & AI Processing
We own the design, code, and trademark of Memoora. You own everything you upload or create within your archive. We have no right to use your content for anything other than providing the service. When using the Memory Assistant, excerpts of your memories are processed by OpenAI, Inc. as a data sub-processor under our API agreement. OpenAI does not use API data for model training. No license is granted to Memoora to use your memories for advertising.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your archives, Memoora is provided 'as is'. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from unauthorized access or technical failures. We encourage you to use our export tools to maintain your own backups for long-term security.
